Tour Pricing

Obviously, with each tour being so unique, it is hard to give an exact price without providing a full quote which we will always do before proceeding, but we will try to break it down here so you can have some idea what to expect before you inquire....

The price will be broken down into four main components. 

The cost of the vehicle with driver/tour guide for up to 8 hours a day

$800 per day

The cost of your selected accommodation 

generally between $200 and $300 per room per night for standard accommodation 

or between $300 and $400 per room per night for luxury accommodation

Your driver/tour guide's overnight accommodation

$200 per night

Your driver/tour guide's daily meals and expenses

$100 per day

Let's give you two examples here.....

First, we will look at the 7 day (6 night) Kent and Sussex tour, 

let's say for four people (two couples) in standard accommodation.

The cost of vehicle and driver/tour guide for seven days would be $5,600

Your accommodations* (two double bedded rooms) would be $3,000

Your driver/tour guide's accommodation would be $1,200

Your driver/tour guide's meals and expenses would be $700

Total cost of this 7 day tour for four people in standard accommodation would be $10,500 

(that's just $2,625 per person)

The second example we will look at is the 12 day (11 night) South of England Highlights tour.

In this instance, we are going to give an example 

for 6 people (3 couples) in luxury accommodation.

The cost of vehicle and driver/tour guide for twelve days would be $9,600

Your accommodations* (three double bedded rooms) would be $13,200

Your driver/tour guide's accommodation would be $2,200

Your driver/tour guide's's daily meals and expenses would be $1,200

Total cost of this 12 day tour for six people in luxury accommodation would be $26,200

(or just under $4,370 per person)

For any extra day that you wish to add on to a tour that does not include any driving time (for example, an extra day exploring Bath, Canterbury, Oxford or Stratford-upon-Avon) 

a flat fee of $400 per day will apply.

So, if you were to add two extra days (when your driver/tour guide is not required) to either tour, it would cost an additional $800.
